    upload your MSINFO32.nfo file.

    1. Click on the start button
    2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
    3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
    4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
    5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.

Update the firmware of OCZ VERTEX PLUS SSD.

Check the WD VelociRaptor with data lifeguard.

The Marvell 61xx drivers installed there are very old, and usually those are troublesome.
    Code:
    fffff880`010db000 fffff880`01122000 mv61xx (deferred)
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\mv61xx.sys
        Image name: mv61xx.sys
        Timestamp: Tue Oct 26 14:55:11 2010 (4CC69E77)
        CheckSum: 00031880

        Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
Better you uninstall this Marvell driver. Then, clean the leftover by following Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling

Quick Heal is a crapware. Uninstall it using Product Remover tool by QuickHeal. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

The Logitech products you use ... they are set to auto start.
    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\Logitech\G9x, G500 and G700 Gaming Mice
    Start Menu\Programs\Logitech\Mouse and Keyboard
    Start Menu\Programs\Logitech\Unifying
And the drivers are old .... I checked on one only here ....
    Code:
    fffff880`02476000 fffff880`0248a000 LMouFilt (deferred)
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\LMouFilt.Sys
        Image name: LMouFilt.Sys

    Update it from http://www.logitech.com/en-us/support/downloads

The same goes for the USB3 host controller drivers.
    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\Renesas Electronics\USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver
The Renesas drivers are very old, too.
    Code:
    fffff880`05d5d000 fffff880`05d79000 nusb3hub (deferred)
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nusb3hub.sys
        Image name: nusb3hub.sys
        Timestamp: Tue Oct 25 06:27:37 2011 (4EA60981)

You may need to register and search for updates in http://www.renesas.com/support/index.jsp.

    Let us know the results.
