There are some USBPORT.sys error.

fffff800`00b9cac8 fffff880`07802783 USBPORT!USBPORT_Xdpc_iSignal+0xcb

So you may need to update these drivers....

nusb3hub Renesas Electronics USB 3.0 Hub Driver c:\windows\system32\drivers\nusb3hub.sys Kernel Driver
nusb3xhc Renesas Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver c:\windows\system32\drivers\nusb3xhc.sys Kernel Driver
As those are seeming very old.

Update the driver from Support/Design | Renesas Electronics. You may need to register there to search for it.

The Storport.sys error is also there.

Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

Probably caused by : storport.sys ( storport!RaidpAdapterDpcRoutine+53 )

First you try to update OCZ Revo Drive 3 and 3 x2 SCSI Controller, from OCZ Drivers Download.

Then, search for any possible firmware update of your PCIe SSD .... OCZ-REVODRIVE 3.

Free up the startup.
  1. Click on the Start button
  2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
  3. Select the “Startup” tab.
  4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
  5. Apply > OK
  6. Accept then restart.
Let us know the results.

EDIT: Download and install this particular version of Intel RST.
