WINDOWS 7 PRO X64 system has been crashing w/ BSOD.Pointed to Storport.sys. I don't have a screen shot. Ran SF_Diagnostic_Tool , did a Grab All, zipped and attached. Did a minidump check with WinDbg.Attached also.

    There are some USBPORT.sys error.
    Code:
    fffff800`00b9ca98 fffff880`078025c2 USBPORT!USBPORT_Xdpc_iSetState+0x2a
    fffff800`00b9cac8 fffff880`07802783 USBPORT!USBPORT_Xdpc_iSignal+0xcb
    fffff800`00b9caf8 fffff880`07805f99 USBPORT!USBPORT_ReleaseEpListLock+0x21
So you may need to update these drivers....

No code has to be inserted here.As those are seeming very old.
    Code:
    fffff880`05c86000 fffff880`05c9f000 nusb3hub (deferred)
        Image path: nusb3hub.sys
        Image name: nusb3hub.sys
        Timestamp: Thu Feb 10 11:22:32 2011 (4D537D20)
        CheckSum: 000192B8

        Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
Update the driver from Support/Design | Renesas Electronics. You may need to register there to search for it.

The Storport.sys error is also there.
    Code:
    *******************************************************************************
    *                                                                             *

    *                                                                             *
    *******************************************************************************

Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

    Probably caused by : storport.sys ( storport!RaidpAdapterDpcRoutine+53 )

First you try to update OCZ Revo Drive 3 and 3 x2 SCSI Controller, from OCZ Drivers Download.
    Code:
    fffff880`01639000 fffff880`0169e000 ocz10xx (deferred)
        Image path: ocz10xx.sys
        Image name: ocz10xx.sys
        Timestamp: Fri Apr 06 05:38:34 2012 (4F7E3402)
        CheckSum: 0002E427
        ImageSize: 00065000
        Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
Then, search for any possible firmware update of your PCIe SSD .... OCZ-REVODRIVE 3.

    Free up the startup.

    1. Click on the Start button
    2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
    3. Select the “Startup” tab.
    4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
    5. Apply > OK
    6. Accept then restart.

    Let us know the results.

EDIT: Download and install this particular version of Intel RST.
