    Do a hard drive test from the link Arc supplied you with. Also might want to install Service Pack 1

    Post the issues you're having .

    Might want to run SFC /scannow

    Open up an Elevated command prompt . Click on type CMD inside the Search programs and files box . Right click on CMD under Programs (1) choose Run as administrator .

    Type the command below

    Code:
    SFC /scannow
       Note
    There is a space between SFC and the forward slash ( / )

    It reported of corrupt files but could not fix them. Im doing this all over teamviewer so I dont have access the file it says.

    Open an elevated command prompt
    Code:
    findstr /C:"[SR] Cannot repair member file" %windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log >%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt
    press [ENTER]

    Upload the log.
