BSOD 0x00000124 During random times when rendering

I get this BSOD when I leave my computer to render videos on sony vegas overnight. It usually doesn't give me the BSOD, but every third time I leave it overnight to render it gives me this BSOD.
It has started doing it after I overclocked my CPU to 4GHz from 3.2GHz only by chancing my FSB from 200 to 250. If I try to overclock even more it usually gives me BSOD code 0x0000007E.
Otherwise my computer works fine, I did Memtest86 for 12 rounds it didn't find any problems and I also used Prime95 for 1 hour and it said that everything is fine.

The zip you uploaded does not contain any crash dump.

Follow it: Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD
Go to Option Two, Point 2. Download the .reg file and merge it in registry by double clicking it.

Wait for another BSOD now. Upon the next bsod, search the .dmp files manually in the default path: C:\Windows\Minidump or %SystemRoot%\Minidump. Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

Daemon Tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known BSOD causer. Uninstall Daemon Tools at first. Then download SPTD standalone installer from Disk-Tools.com, and execute the downloaded file as guided below :

    • Double click to open it.
    • Click this button only:
    • If it is grayed out, as in the picture, there is no more SPTD in your system, and you just close the window.

    Free up the startup.

    1. Click on the Start button
    2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
    3. Select the “Startup” tab.
    4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus and Display Fusion.
    5. Apply > OK
    6. Accept then restart.

If you use any system clean-up tool like CCleaner or TuneUp, dont run it before you upload the next BSOD.

If you are overclocking, stop overclocking your hardware components say CPU, GPU and RAM. Ret everything to default, and run the BIOS to default too.
