Hello, i have recently build a new pc and am experiencing BSOD on a very frequent basis, while doing a large range of things (ranging from placing games to simply browing the web).

The BSOD code is 1000007E. I have loaded the dump file into WinDbg (64x) and scanned through it.
    These are the key findings:

Arg2: fffff80002ed47e9, The address that the exception occurred at
    Arg3: fffff880009a99d8, Exception Record Address
    Arg4: fffff880009a9240, Context Record Address

EXCEPTION_CODE: (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000005 - The instruction at 0x%08lx referenced memory at 0x%08lx. The memory could not be %s.

    FAULTING_IP:
    nt!MmZeroPageThread+3d4
    fffff800`02ed47e9 f0410fba6d1000 lock bts dword ptr [r13+10h],0

ERROR_CODE: (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000005 - The instruction at 0x%08lx referenced memory at 0x%08lx. The memory could not be %s.

    EXCEPTION_PARAMETER1: 0000000000000000

The Dump file has also been attached for analysis.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks, James

Right off the bat I notice you done have service pack one installed please install it:

Learn how to install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1)

next looking through your dump file it seems that your display driver was at fault:

*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for atikmdag.sys

    Driver Reference Table - atikmdag.sys

    Code:
