BSOD at random points (especially during gaming), few errors

Well this has been ongoing for some while now, since I built my new PC in January. The first time I had a BSOD was whilst playing iRacing. It was weird, it happened again whilst playing iRacing but not any other time. Then after I started playing Borderlands 2, the game started to crash after a while, and sometimes BSOD. Whilst playing Euro Truck Simulator 2 the game crashes or BSOD. THen it just started happening even more often, like after startup, in the middle of browsing etc. The most common error message I think I've gotten has been the 'An interrupt wasn't recieved on a secondary processor in allocated time...'etc. I have even reinstalled Windows 3 times and the problem persists, even on a fresh install with almost nothing but default software.

Really annoying and don't know what to do. Would really appreciate the help. Included the SF Diagnostic file (zipped).

It appears that your system is not generating dump files when it crashes please configure it to do so by following this tutorial:

Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD

when it crashes again please post back here with the dump files once they have been generated.
