BSOD crash, 2nd pc for same user

I work at a small company that uses all Dell Vostro pc's. We had a user who would get a BSOD about once every two weeks. This would be inconvenient as it's when he was working on a sales order (web based CRM).

Because we have a few extra computers we just put him on a different Vostro with a clean install of windows. He's been on the new PC for about 6 weeks and he just had a BSOD on the new PC. The computer shuts off before he can get any information from the screen, but I did get the dump (.dmp) file - I'm not sure how to upload it as it's not a valid extension. I'm not really sure what to do with it or how to figure out what's making his PC's bluescreen. It's very rare that we have a blue screen which is why I'm thinking it's something specific that this user is doing.

Run Driver Verifier to scan for any corrupted drivers which may be causing problems, this program works by running various stress tests on drivers, in order to produce a BSOD which will locate the driver; run for least 24 hours:

Thanks for the info. I'll give that a shot. The user doesn't use any software that other users don't and it's all pretty basic software (office 2010, sketchup).
