If you access the BIOS boot menu key and boot to the HDD directly, can you boot into windows?

Do you have access to another computer? If you have, first scan the system for possible virus infection with the following programs.

It is the first thing to do for a stop 0x7B. As a boot virus (bootkit) often cause it.

Next, the most important part is .... enter into the BIOS settings. Change the boot sequence. Place the HDD to boot first. Then, change every setting where it is UEFI, set it to legacy. Try to boot now.

    Yes!

I the integrated pheripherals from IDE to AHCI mode, and now it works!
it reinstalled all the drivers etc. Now I am going to complete the rest of the intel chipset and that stuff.

Edit: am i going to install the "please reinstall driver after updating BIOS with ME8"?

    Yes, as I am guessing.
Very good found. As you have AHCI controllers installed, OS rejected to boot in IDE mode.

Let us know when everything is complete.

Well done, and best of luck!

Is the OS detects the seagate barracuda? If so, try Seatools for windows.

No, ATM no other tests are required. Post a screenshot of both the SSD and HDD using CrystalDiskInfo - Software - Crystal Dew World.
