Sorry I don't understand how I missed this

    Remove:

    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\AVG
AVG is known to cause BSODs with Windows 7, it's best to remove this program using the official AVG Removal Tool.

    Remove:

    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\Advanced SystemCare 6
Windows 7 doesn't require any programs which make changes to the operating system and registry, these programs tend to cause problems by modifying and deleting files.

    Update:

    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\Renesas Electronics\USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver
There still seems to be some USB issues within the call stack, it's best to update the driver, from your OEM (Gigabyte) or Support/Design | Renesas Electronics, there is known BSOD issues with the 2010 and earlier versions.

Do you know what revision your motherboard is? It should be your motherboard documentation or somewhere printed on your motherboard, and be like Rev x.x

    RENESAS/NEC Drivers & Firmwares

Try the latest driver within the driver section of the page, and then update if you have any problems, it may be best to create a System Restore point or a Image before updating.
