Get the OP to either update his Nvidia Drivers or roll back if they are latest.
(Maybe run a Furmark test of his GPU if the new or rolled back driver causes issues)

    Thanks VK.

I've uninstalled PowerISO without any problem.

Windows doesn't find any later driver for NVIDIA, but the NVIDIA auto updater found later drivers and I tried to install them, but part-way through the install I had two BSODs.

When I get home from work, I'll upload the latest SF diagnostics.

Why do you have an OEM Product key on an retail motherboard?

Hi VK, this is a custom built PC that I bought 2nd hand over a year back. It had Win7 32 bit installed when I got it and I installed Win 7 64 bit (genuine copy that I bought from Microsoft) about 6 months back. 64 bit has been working fine, until only a few weeks ago that I started getting infrequent BSODs. As of the last weekend, it was too frequent to actually do anything on the PC. Haven't added any new hardware / software as of recent though.

Will try the BIOS update as you suggested.

We are good on the log. Is a legit Product Key.

Once your have your Nvidia driver updated . Please run a memtest

    RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Also want to run a Chkdsk from the command prompt.

Open up an elevated command prompt by clicking on type CMD inside the Search programs and files box . right click on the CMD underneath the Programs (1) choose Run as administrator. Click Yes on the UAC window.
Command Prompt will open up to C:\Windows\System32>_ path.

    Type the command

    Chkdsk /f /r C:

Press Enter . It will ask say That it will schedule a check disk on the next restart. Press the Y key and press <Enter> and restart your PC manually.

Once you're back inside Windows. Open up the command prompt as you did to run chkdsk and run this command

    SFC /SCANNOW

       Note
There is a space between the word sfc and the forward slash ( / )

Will want to run sfc /scannow at least 3 times with restarts in between if it finds corrupted files .

cool. thanks. so I should now:

    1) update BIOS
    2) uninstall NVIDIA drivers (looks like the update from the morning worked, as I see NVIDIA 314.22 installed as of this morning)
    3) clean drivers using driversweeper
    3) reinstall NVIDIA drivers

    ?
