Do you have AVG SECURE SEARCH installed ?
To remove it look at the link below
How to remove/uninstall AVG Safe Search | AVG Worldwide
:ADDED:
Uninstall Samsung Magician
Sorry it's taking so long to repost. ive been up at the hospital the last couple of days, my wife and I had our third child late monday night. Anyways I have uninstalled Samsung magician and am working on seeing about the avg. Will report any further bsod as/if i come across.
Got another bsod, here is the zip. I removed both items from your last post (well 2 post ago)
Lets enable the Driver Verifier
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
I am still seeing the avg - \??\C:\Windows\system32\drivers\avgtpx64.sys
Click on type MSCONFIG inside Search programs and files. Press <ENTER> once MSCONFIG is listed under Programs (1) . If you get a User Access Control window click on Yes button.
Also uncheck everything in side the Startup Tab inside System Configuration window. Except for your Antivirus
it's been 17ish hours and no bsod still. must be a driver then?
yes i did the enabling part
Ok Let it run with the enabled for a few more days if you don't get any more BSODs disable the DV.
Added:
Do you have the Kaspersky installation CD and Product Key? If we uninstall that and reinstall MSE just to see if it could also be caused by Kaspersky for BSODs
