BSOD when system is idle, error 0x0000000a
This is a workstation that is loaded with a variety of software and data I can't experiment with, given this fact I'm hoping someone can help identify the specific cause. I understand the 0xa BugCheck error is issued if paged memory (or invalid memory) is accessed when the IRQL is too high and the error that generates this bug check usually occurs after the installation of a faulty device driver, system service, or BIOS. Often times this is caused by a recently installed or updated driver, service, or application.
However I can't identify the exact cause. I'm hoping someone can help me identify which driver, service, application or setting is causing the BSOD. I've noticed it usually occurs when I am away from the workstation, screensaver has been activated and windows account is locked (although there are programs open, I'm assuming this classifies as idle).
I've attached the SF Diagnostic Tool folder output to this post, BSOD Error details below
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000000a (0xfffff8a026b3b052, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000001, 0xfffff8000315d33d). A dump was saved in: C:\windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 042213-63461-01.
