Yep I've done everything mentioned above. Also the SSD firmware updater says I have the latest firmware installed so no need to update.
Alos in that utility I didn't see any errors reported with the drive which is good news.
I haven't experienced any BSOD's since yesterday, but only because I haven't ran any system stress related events like games.
I'm going to try and run a game for at least 40 mins and see if I see any issues.

Will do, Got through the 45 mins of gameplay and no blue screens.
I have a feeling it was BIOS settings, but can never be too sure. If it happens again I'll upload the dumps.

So I was just playing a game and the display kept freezing and returning to the main menu as if I had paused it. I was able to click resume and then play again but for only 5 mins at a time.
Windows kept reporting my Display driver had stopped working.
I took a look in Event Viewer and saw that a bunch of warnings saying "Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered."
Is this just a driver issue or could it be a hardware issue?
I downloaded GPU-Z and monitored out of the game and during the game...
Playing the game it sits from 61c to 70c and hovers around 49c when not in the game. This all seems ok to me.
At least the Blue screens have stopped. I'm guessing the video card is what is was giving me the BSOD's before.

It sounds like it may be the GPU try running Firmark to stress test the GPU and report your results:
FurMark: VGA Stress Test, Graphics Card and GPU Stability Test, Burn-in Test, OpenGL Benchmark and GPU Temperature | oZone3D.Net
FurMark Setup:
- If you have more than one GPU, select Multi-GPU during setup
- In the Run mode box, select "Stability Test" and "Log GPU Temperature" (BurnIn test in newer versions).
Click "Go" to start the test
- Run the test until the GPU temperature maxes out - or until you start having problems (whichever comes first).
- Click "Quit" to exit

Before I run that app, I did a quick Google search and found a bloke with the same issue, same card and same drivers.
He mentions "I fixed it by using “Prefer Max performance” instead of “Adaptive” in NVIDIA Control Panel" which I'll try and see if that actually improves my problem.
