Computer freezes and makes beeping sounds no BSOD

Just built a new pc last week. Reinstalled windows this past weekend due to the computer freezing and locking up. The PC will be running fine and then all the sudden it starts to get extremely laggy and then the mouse cursor freezes, no keyboard shortcuts work and task manager won't open on [ctrl+alt+delete]. I am not getting any visible error messages or a BSOD. The PC build was trouble free, board posted on first try and installed windows with no hiccups. The only way to fix the issue is hard reboot, but it's only a temporarily fix as the problem happens randomly. Followed instructions and uploaded the SevenForums Diagnostics Tool Dump Files. Any help would be much appreciated.

Ill have a look in more detail now, but you need to activate your Windows 7 installation. Once you have done that, post a new MGADIAG report.

I also uploaded, see attached, two Event logs, the Admin and the general log around the time of the last issue. Looks like it could be nvlddmkm driver, from the event logs, which would be the video driver... when I installed Win7 on Saturday I made sure to get the latest stable driver from egva's site for my GTX 550ti.

I don't think its drivers as no BSOD is generated - is there any software that is going the RAM/CPU. Use Task Manager to examine the system when it slows down to see if you can track down any culprites.

Could be the GPU is overheating? Try this test.

Happened again, same error with nvlddmkm same locking up. I was able to get into taskmanager and monitor the load on the memory and cpu and nothing out of the ordinary. I uninstalled the drivers for the video card from 314.22 to 311.16. Will see if this helps.
