BSOD almost everytime I play my video games or live stream

So my computer works perfectly fine if i am just casually using it, but anytime I try to play video games or try to live stream one one of three things happen. 1. Screen goes black flashes, and then pic comes back and i resume as normal. 2. Screen flashes black and stays frozen, and i have to forcefully restart computer. 3. I get the BSOD and computer restarts. Now after reading a lot of the tutorials i now have my comp set to not auto restart, and after i'm done writing this thread i will try to re-enact what makes my computer bsod, and take a picture of all i see. i have also attached the zipped file per request. any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

Look for ATI Technologies inside Control Panel or use RevoUninstaller
