If you don't want to save any of your personal files then you won't need to create a backup, and your COA key (product key) will work.

Okay I did a clean install of windows 7, then I installed my LAN driver and MSE. I went into device manager and only the usb controller was flagged. I downloaded the usb 3.0 driver from gigabytes website and installed it. Device manager did not have any flags after that. I then installed the amd catalyst software suite for my video card. I got a message telling me I needed the .netframework 4, making me realize I should have updated before getting the video driver. After that I went into windows update and started to download all updates.
In the middle of downloading updates, I got a BSOD: SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION. I finished the install of the windows updates and ran the sfdiagnostic tool, as well as took a screenshot of device manager and windows update. I have not done anything besides what I have listed so no extra programs to cause issues.
Thanks
There's no BSOD in the folder, try uploading the file again, and make sure the dump files have been configured to be saved to a Minidump.
Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD
It may be a driver issue, USB 3.0 drivers are known to have some problems.
Since it was configured to a Kernel memory dump, then the program (SF Diagnostic Tool) won't obtain all the necessary files, you will need to wait until another BSOD occurs for a Minidump to be saved and then obtained by the program.
For the Kernel Memory dump, you can upload the file to a file sharing site, such as SkyDrive or DropBox (both are free), and then post the link here.

Okay I searched event viewer and saw an event that said something about an unexpected shutdown and that this MEMORY.DMP was saved to C:\Windows\
I grabbed it and zipped it, I think its the right file but if not, can you tell me how to recover it? Thanks.
You've uploaded a shortcut to the file, the file path should be:
Here's some steps for uploading files to SkyDrive:Code:C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP
Attachment 267416
Sign into SkyDrive, and then click the Upload button at the top of the page, it should open a dialog box for Windows Explorer.
Attachment 267418
Navigate to the file path specified in the screenshot and written in the code box, click the file and then Open. Make sure your not uploading a shortcut to the file.
The file should begin to start uploading to SkyDrive. Post a link once completed.

I tried uploading the file inside of the Windows folder but it told me that I did not have permission. So I copied, zipped, and uploaded it. I don't know if it will work but I figured I would give it a shot, wasn't sure what else to do.
I'm downloading the zip file now, it seems to be okay, since the folder is around 173MB, it may be a little while until I post again since my Internet connection is not the best tonight.
Okay, I've managed to download the file, however, there seems to be a little problem. The BSOD seems to be missing a page which should be present within the file. I can't extract any information at all, apart from a Stop Code and some parameters.
It seems we are still dealing with some kind of memory access issues here.Code:16.3: kd:x86> !error 00000000c0000005 Error code: (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000005 (3221225477) - The instruction at 0x%08lx referenced memory at 0x%08lx. The memory could not be %s.
Have you configured the settings to a Minidump?
