This time I am suspecting Atheros AR8151 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller driver, and that driver is fairly old.
Unfortunately there is no update available. Drivers for Atheros AR8151 and Windows 7Code:fffff880`045d2000 fffff880`045e7000 L1C62x64 (deferred) Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\L1C62x64.sys Image name: L1C62x64.sys Timestamp: Mon Sep 27 12:06:23 2010 (4CA03B67) CheckSum: 0002220E ImageSize: 00015000 Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
Plan to uninstall and reinstall the driver?
First, download the network card driver from manufactuer's website, Drivers for Atheros AR8151 and Windows 7
Then reinstall the driver as follows:
- Click the Start Button, type "devmgmt.msc" (without quotation marks) in the Start Menu Search box and press Enter.
- Double click to expand "Network adaptors".
- Right click your network card and click Uninstall.
- Check "Delete driver software for this device" check box, click OK.
- Restart the computer
- If windows does not auto configure the appropriate drivers at startup, install the downloaded one manually. Driver Install - Device Manager
Also, you may perform a virus scan....
Let us know the results.
I'd already reinstalled the driver, but I've just done it again. When I tried to reboot my pc to do it I got 2 more BSOD's. I've attached the SF diag tools output here: Attachment 267680
The 2 BSOD's I got before just happened as I logged into windows, and tried to open firefox, nothing specific that I don't do every single day :S
Hi Bryce
First Could you do Run Chkdsk /f /r . You could follow this
Then once this is done reinstall MSE...
Let me know how that goes
It may help if the system were genuine!
You appear to have an ASUS Key installed on a Gigabyte retail motherboard.
Please follow this tutorial and post an MGADiag report]

Ignore errors produced when clicking on the Copy button - they simply mean that the tool could not create the backup files for some reason. The data is still copied to the clipboard for pasting to your response.
Please also state the Version and Edition of Windows quoted on your COA sticker (if you have one) on the case of your machine (or inside the battery compartment), but do NOT quote the Key on the sticker!
