I've attached a minidump as well, any help would be much appreciated.

    Hey,

This isn't a custom build, I purchased the system from a website (can't find the site atm, I've got to ask Liam tomorrow morning)

Are not systems build details not available the second rar archive? (Any program you suggest to get you the required build details?

    Motherboard: ASRock N68-VGS3 FX
Processor: AMD FX(tm)-8120 Eight Core Processor (Socket AM3+ (932) 3100MHz)
    Memory: 2x4GB DDR3 (PC-10600)
    Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce 8400GS
Hard Drive: 500GB ST500DM0 02-1BD142 SCSI Disk Device
    BIOS: American Megatrends Inc. P1.20
    Sound: NVIDIA High Definition Audio

Added it into the profile with the tool, even though this acc is for a diff PC but it doesn't matter atm.

    Hi,

OK, as far as I can tell this system has an ACER OEM on a retail motherboard. Before we can help you any further, you need to :

    1. Download and save this tool to your desktop:
    http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012

    2. Run the tool, and then click 'Copy' - ignore any errors if they appear

    3. Use CTRL+V to paste the unedited results of the validation tool here in your next reply
