Keep getting BSOD - 0x00000124
[CENTER]My PC started freezing, so I decided to reboot it to factory settings. But now I am getting a BSOD. I have tried different Nvidia drivers (including latest) but that doesn't make a difference. I have also update sound and direct X drivers. I have run lots of malware and virus scans, done a memory test and checked HDD for errors. Everything was fine. All windows updates are up to date. I used the program on here to create crash logs, I have attached. Iv also attached an autoruns .arn file.
Here is the BSOD code - STOP: 0x00000124 (0x0000000000000000, 0xFFFFFA8005592028, 0x00000000BE200000, 0x000000000005110A)
I should also add that the blue screen trigger percentage is as follows:
idle or doing little = 5%
browsing internet (no videos) = 10%
watching videos = 60%
online videos = 25%
plus there is an overclocking profile but I have set overclocking to default and it doesn't help, iv also tried 4 different overclocking profiles and still no different.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
