Lines, Deformation, BSOD, Not ram.

Hi my problem has started about 4 months ago.
When playing some video games, i get red or blue lines all over the screen.
My gpu is quite stable and cool. Fan is clean and working.
I used to play SWAT 4 without any issues but now even game dev tycoon makes artifacts. cs 1.5 works without issue.

When i deactivaste my display driver and start game dev tycoon, i get no issue but i can't start other games.
I tried different versions of my driver.
I tested my VRam for about 3 hours, i found no errors.
