Video hardware error when gaming- WERInternalMetadata.xml

When gaming (ME3, Shogun2) I experience random crashes. These can occur in menu immediately after loading up, or after hours of play.

I updated my system specs per a forum tool, and I copied bug reports to this post as text files.

This is way beyond me- overheating, monitor incompatibility, sound errors, power source? The frequency of crashing is high but at irregular intervals, making it difficult to pinpoint.

Starting with the basics, let's try to rule out any malware related problems. After running a full scan with your installed and updated anti-virus suite, I'd suggest running an additional full scan using the free Malwarebytes or even Windows Defender Offline. (No anti-malware product is 100% effective 100% of the time. If there was such a thing we'd all be using it. So running additional on-demand scanners like Malwarebytes or WDO is a good thing.)

It would help if you'd submit your dump files for further analysis. The BSOD Posting Instructions explain how to do that.

You may have problematic drivers, damaged or corrupt system files that are preventing those drivers from updating, or other issues like failing hardware that are causing other problems for your OS. Hence, the need to see the actual dump files. In the meantime, you could try running a system file checker scan from an elevated command prompt (option two.) If problems are found, run the scan 3 times and immediately reboot the computer after each scan.

You could also try to "stress test" your drivers by enabling Driver Verifier.

And in addition to the dump files, it would be helpful if you'd posted this information in a completely unedited form. Sometimes false activation issues can cause problems.

Update to the latest WHQL driver provided here: Latest AMD Catalyst Video Driver for Windows 7

1. Download Driver
2. Start Type: Device Manager
3. Expand Display Adapters
4. Right-Click Driver Name, Uninstall
5. Reboot
6. Run Driver Sweeper
7. Reboot
8. Install Downloaded Driver

Driver Sweeper will scan for any left over files from the old driver, old driver files can cause conflicts with new driver installations. Create a System Restore point beforehand, in case any problems or issues arise.

Thank you for efforts thus far.
I proceeded with the driver wipe, clean, and upgrade. Still had a crash- dump file attached. I would guess that the high fan RPM sometimes achieved before the crash means this is purely overheating related. Ventilation is not great but its dust free.
Speedfan shows core temp of 65.
I also notice CPU usage is ultra high.

Further and final thoughts?

I can't find any recent crashes, the most recent files are almost a month old.

65*C is very warm, especially for a desktop, there does seem to be a overheating issue.

Have you checked all the fans are dust free and working? Make sure the vents on the case are clear and not obstructed by anything. Have you made sure the thermal paste hasn't worn out, and the heatsinks are properly placed?

I'm about ready to just deal with my crashing, chalking it up to overheating given the last dump file crash error.
But after the driver wipe and update, I'm not getting massage CPU usage from varying programs including:
system.exe
trustedinstaller.exe
ccc.exe
dwm.exe
perfmon.exe (performance monitor I know)
avp.exe (kaspersky...I have refused to renew my license given the usage of this thing. Stupid to pay for security at expense of CPU usage. I will likely change to windows security essentials)
and other programs that vary depending on the time. After each wake from sleep, CPU usage soars to 90%, and only after this driver change.

Any suggestion on how to deal with this? I followed all instructions.

My CPU usage will rise very quickly when logging into Windows, maybe around 70%-90%, then decrease again when all the background processes and services have finished loading.

Update:
- Nothing changed recently except the driver update. Startup programs are limited. I wake computer from sleep, close everything.
- 'System' is using up to 30%of my CPU usage when running a youtube video on Firefox
- 'Flash plugin' app is taking 30%
- CPU usage sits between 20% and 70% when watching one video fullscreen...chops up
- Feel like computer is gonna explode...CPU usage spiking like mad.
- Driver update related to flash?

What is the CPU usage like from a complete shutdown and boot?
