Try another version of display driver. The last version worked best for me is NVIDIA DRIVERS 310.90WHQL
Uninstall 314.22 as I mentioned earlier and try this one.
BTW, how old the GPU is?

Actually my old version of the driver was that 310.90, before I updated to this 314.22 one, when I was getting the BSOD but no crashes from a driver has stopped responding and has recovered. I will try going back to that one to see if that gets rid of these new issues.
And my GPU is a GTX 580
In that case, try GeForce 306.23 Driver
Its the most stable one. But its kinda old nowadays.
OK so after installing that driver, I have not had any more BSOD's or driver has stopped responding and has recovered errors, so far.. I have had one game crash where it froze completely and I had to restart my pc, but I am assuming and hoping that it was an isolated event and had nothing to do with my original problems.
Thank you so much for all your help :)
That is the best driver I used in the recent time. I check every one, all the betas and whqls, but every time I roll back to that one .... :) The only problem is, it is going outdated.
Observe the situation for a couple of more days ..... then report us back.
For teh game crash, you may start a new thread in Gaming - Windows 7 Help Forums
So I have one other issue, which isn't a big deal but hopefully I'm just stupid and it has an easy solution heh. My Nvidia driver keeps getting automatically updated to the newest one by windows causing the driver to stop responding again, then I have to manually uninstall, sweep, and reinstall that old one. Do you know how to stop windows from updating it?
You are welcome mate :)
Now observe the situation for a few days, run the most crash prone games, see what happens there. Inform us about it.
Well everything was going great, then I just got 4 BSOD's today about an hour apart each all in the same game.
I did set my pc to do a Kernel Dump though after I posted the first time, so maybe that will be enough information to figure out what is going on?
