Heat can and does cause BSODs, maybe not in your case. Please follow the directions KoolKat linked to about cleaning dust and dirt and how to clean, OK?
Since it is a laptop I don't recommend you try replacing thermal paste unless you are an experienced technician.
What part is 80C? That is very hot.
CPU there as my cpu usage maintain around 50%.

And the temperature here for indoor is around 28C.

I consult one of my friend which having same type of laptop and he said this is normal.

What causes your CPU to constantly run at 50%? That seems quite high to me. Laptops do tend to run hotter than desktops as they have limited ways to cool themselves. Are you gaming when the CPU runs at 50%? I would first be concerned with cleaning the vents to make sure the computer can get as good airflow as possible and perhaps invest in a cooling pad for it. You can also click on the start button and type in Task Manager, click on task manager, the processes tab and click on CPU heading and see what is using the CPU the most. Please try those things and get back with us.
