Having looked at almost everything possible I think most of it must stem from not having SP1 installed and right now i can't install it because windows updates do not want to work.

It has the install updates icon when i go to shutdown my pc so i guess it might be that is what causes the blue screens at the start. I did manage to run ever test possible apart from memtest because right now i don't have time to run it.

The 3 errors i get in windows update are: Code 802400D, 800F0A13 & 80073712. I have tried everything from resetting it all manually through CMD.exe but it still comes with these errors.

Thank you for your help so far I'm hoping we can figure something out to fix it so i don't have to take it a technician to get looked at. :)

Lets see run the SUR TOOL

Download System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB947821) [February 2013] from Official Microsoft Download Center

    Click Download

    Upload the logs it creates

    Location of Logs :
    %SYSTEMROOT%\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log
    %SYSTEMROOT%\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.persist.log

       Note
