    BSOD using Lightroom 5 beta and Chrome 26.0.141.64m


    My pc crashed with the typical BSOD message so I uninstalled Lightroom 5 Beta. It crashed again 2 days later.

    I did follow the instructions.


    Step 6. In your BSOD post, upload the renamed SF_DD_MM_YYYY.zip folder into your post.

    I uploaded Russellreno.zip following the six steps.

    Did I miss a step.

    It looks like most of the files that should be in the folder are missing, there is only the windows update log which is basically useless in this situation try running the tool again and let it run for a good ten minutes or so then upload the new zipped folder as you did before.
