    If D and E are really empty you can delete them using "disk management". After that you can extend/shrink C if you wish as well in "disk management". And make a new NTFS partition in the unallocated space. Assign a driver letter to it

    Simply right click on the partition and select the action you want.

    Post screenshot of disk management please.

    What PERSONAL folders do you want to move to DATA partition? my docs, my music, my video, my pictures only? Or also links, favorites, downloads, desktop, contacts?

    Same question for PUBLIC folders (C:\users\public)

    The drive as I said is new (replaced) and is empty.. I have stored no files on it. Its is completely blank except for Win 7 starter. All my files are on Seagate external drive.

    I am going to leave the partitions as they are.. no further changes to be done..
