BSOD when installing HP drivers (0x0000001E)

I am helping my uncle to install his newly bought hardware.
A wireless router and a HP Photosmart 5520.

He had BSOD once, but he doesnt really know what it means so Before it got to write down the dump files, he took the battery out of the laptop.

Anyway, when doing the HP service "Go from USB driven HP to wireless"
The bar progress half way, then i get the BSOD.

I would really appriciate to get fix for this, what can i do?

    Hi,

Please reconfigure windows to collect the correct info
You want small memory dumps - "MiniDumps"

    https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/174459-dump-files-configure-windows-create-bsod.html

And here are the instructions for posting:

       Tip
Ensure you click the "GRAB ALL" button and then wait for each window to appear in turn and then click OK

    Cheers
