So I contacted the Retailer and they are going to refund me the money that I spent on the ram sticks. $49.00. Just picked up these from a local retailer: CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B - Newegg.com They are installed and running at the moment. Hopefully that will be all of my issues for the time being. I want to thank you all for both the help, and the website you provide. I'll be sure to lurk around from time to time. :)

Nice kit . Glad you got your issue fixed . If you would like you could run a memtest on this memory kit .

Good to hear you found the bad RAM module. It was likely bad at the beginning and nothing you did. Rum memtest on the new set too, just to be sure.
With nearly 3 million errors the bad one probably was not functioning at all.
