Frequent BSOD seemingly randomly during normal system use

I work for a non-profit and we recently had some refurbished computers donated. One of them, however, has been having random BSOD issues since install. I had a friend who is reasonably tech savvy help me out and he ran a BIOS diagnostics (I think that is the correct term) and determined that there was nothing wrong with the hardware.

I've tried uninstalling all the gimmicks that Dell included with their system (Dell Stage, ebay, Bingbar, etc) just to get to the base system, but just when it seemed like that was working I started getting the BSOD again.

Here is the info from one of the crash reports that loads after Windows reloads after a crash:

    Problem Event Name: Blue Screen
    OS ver: 6.1.7601.2.10.256.48

    BCP3: 0000000000000008
    BCP4: 0000000000000000

    OS ver: 6_1_7601
