BSOD 0007F and others after 30mins of OS booting

    We do not support counterfeit copies of windows, it is likely that whoever sold you the PC put a Pirated copy of windows on the PC before selling it to you.

    you can try to reinstall using a legit copy of Windows, though
    after that, see if BSOD still coming...if it is, then there's a possible hardware fault...

    but, it's up to you :)

    Is there a valid COA sticker for Windows on the machine? If so, then you can reinstall that version and edition of Windows, or purchase an Upgrade to whatever edition you want, and install that

    If not, then you'll have to purchase a Full license for whatever OS you choose to install.
