Blue Screen of Death and PC just reboots

I have a windows 7 Desktop that every time it boots into windows, I get the "Blue Screen of Death". Reads 0x0000001E. And the PC reboots itself. I googled this message, and I tried to install but had to install in safe mode. Tried running it and can't. Just sits there. WHen the PC loads into windows a program called "internet Security 2013" program runs and shows that the computer has a W2.worm virus. And once again the PC reboots itself before I can do anything.

    HELP!

    Hi GilV37 welcome to Sevenforums

Internet Security 2013 is a Rogue Antivirus . Which is a virus in itself

Can you boot into Safe Mode with Networking ?

If you are unable to even boot into safe mode try scanning the pc using windows defender offline, it is a bootable virus scanner that runs outside your computers operating system off of a USB flashdrive, CD, or DVD:

Did you put the tool inside a Flash Drive ?

While the PC is booting up tap the F8 key on your keyboard . You should be brought to a black screen with white letters . On the Top it will read Advanced Boot Options. Inside the Advanced Boot Options you will see
    Code:
    Repair your Computer
    Choose that option. Then

Select US as the keyboard language settings, and then click Next.
Select the operating system you want to repair, and then click Next.
Select your user account an click Next.

On the System Recovery Options menu you will get the following options:
