BSOD on startup 0x3B win32k.sys (With files)

Recently upgraded my computer and this has been happening more and more frequently. I get this or a few other error codes that sometimes do enough damage that it deletes windows off my boot SSD.

This is the first time I've managed to get the .xml and .dmp files for this error so I figured it was time to call for the big guns and have someone else take a look at it. Already attached is the windows error summary (actual name?) and I have the .dmp and .xml files that is calls for, I just can't upload them to the forums.

If you need to take a look at those files let me know.

As far as I can tell (and windows can tell) My drivers are always up to date. I've gotten fairly good at it too, being that I've gone through the arduous task of ~120 windows updates, graphic drivers and all my stock problem installations about 5 times in the last 4 days

This has become the single most frustrating thing I believe I've experienced in my short time on Earth...

So, as I restarted my computer because something was very wrong with running the diagnostic tool (it decided to run 3 sets of itself simultaneously) Only problem is the boot manager is now messed up and repair isn't working. A system restore also did not work.... (Frustration aside this is incredible)

I'm going to have to reinstall windows to get this computer running again so I doubt that diagnostic tool of yours will work. Can I throw those 2 files I already have (back them up to a flash drive thankfully) into a zip file and attach them? Better than nothing...

Sorry for the double post, apparently my other HDD was able to capture the diagnostic file, though how exactly I'm not sure but here it is.

sorry for delay, let's go through this:

    STOP 0x0000003B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
    Usual causes:
System service, Device driver, graphics driver, ?memory

    - Run a memtest session. Run it for at least 8 passes
    RAM - Test with Memtest86+

    - I see you don't have any security software installed?
Suggest to install and update Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes
Microsoft Security Essentials | Protect against viruses, spyware, and other malware
Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware removes malware including viruses, spyware, worms and trojans, plus it protects your computer - Do Not activate free trial
Update, and do a Full Scan, recommended in Safe Mode

    - also, to be safe, do a Clean Startup to avoid loading unnecessary apps
Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup

    - execute these commands in the command promt:
    chkdsk /r /f
    SFC /scannow

    - As the fault is still too general, better run Driver Verifier
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

    Let us know the results.
