program launching problem

ok so i have been up and down the windows 7 x64 searching for the cause of my problem

and this is the problem:
if i try to run some programs the windows would initialize it in the task manager and the program wont load at all (the process will just sit in task manager and do nothing )

this happens for the following programs

utorrent
my soundcard software
windows live messenger
and instalation for kasperski antivirus
microsoft office 2010 blue edition installation

i dont know what else to do
i cant get my audio to work if i cant access the program to switch on the output to fiberoptic

and as well the process called control.exe*32 shows up for every program thats not responding

Pick the simplest and smallest of those - say Live Messenger. Reproduce the problem so you've got the process name showing up in Task Manager (TM) but no visible app window. In TM, right-click the process name, select "Create dump file" and note the path to the *.DMP file which will pop up a few seconds later. Do the same for the control.exe*32 process.

Zip up both DMPs as tightly as possible, then upload them to some file sharing site and post the links back here. Somebody may be able to tell you what's going on based on the contents of those memory dumps.
