    BSOD Uninstalling Hot spot Shield

    Hello!
I have seen some ads and it installs "hot spot" shield. I uninstalled it because I really don't need it. After uninstalling, I got a dialogue box saying "you need to restart computer.." (something like that). After that, I got a blue screen error with an error code: "0x00000001a" (I really don't know if it's the right error code). I reboot the computer. After showing the desktop, a UAC appears. I checked it's location and it says it came from "app data" (not sure), msconfig, services. I pressed "no" because I believe that it's a harmful bot, virus or whatsoever. Nothings went wrong after that. Today, I opened my Laptop and my PC hangs. I need to restart it again to work normally. I currently have the "SF Diagnostic Tool". But I didn't do anything unless it was said by any BSOD or ADMIN team. Please help! thanks!

yes! I used the "GRAB ALL" button and run the program as administrator. I wait until I received the "thank you" dialogue box. I 'll try it again.

    it's still not there :\
if you have configured via here: Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD
you may need to wait for another BSOD to occur before you can get the dump files
