    Desktop Error Blue Screen.

I need some help. I don't exactly know what category to put this into. Here is the problem:
I turn on my computer and it boots up normally. It shows the login screen and I log in. It usually takes longer to log in than any other account. After I log in it comes up with a blue screen like the windows 95 original desktop backgound. I have to lock the computer and switch user constantly until windows starts up, or I can just wait and it loads up after like 5 minutes. I think it might have something to do with explorer.exe. I use Windows 7 Enterpise x32. Any help?

    P.S.
I am currently a new windows 7 forums user and moderately expeirenced windows 7 user

First things first, if you are using windows 7 enterprise that would mean that the PC probably belongs to what ever company you work for and there for should be handled by the companies IT department and before trying anything on your own you should contact them.
