    - Uninstall your AIDA32.
    Code:
    Probably caused by : aida32.sys ( aida32+76b )
    - Update this driver: Intel Graphics Driver
    Code:
        Loaded symbol image file: igdkmd32.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\igdkmd32.sys
        Image name: igdkmd32.sys
        Timestamp: Fri Dec 17 08:29:27 2010 (4D0ABCF7)
    Intel Driver Download Page

    - Optional: Uninstall Kaspersky, it crashes. However, it might be caused by AIDA32
    Code:
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for klif.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for klif.sys
Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\igdkmd32.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for igdkmd32.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for igdkmd32.sys
    Probably caused by : aida32.sys ( aida32+76b )

    hi cipley,
Thanks for the quick response. Can you please check previous dump file as well, beacuse i executed aida to identify hardware issues after frequent BSOD and then aida caused BSOD. So please check previous memory dump files.

now i have updated display drivers and turned off hibernation and recieved again BDOS. Dump file is attached for reference. IF it is hardware failure, which device is causing this.

    Probably caused by : memory_corruption ( nt!MiWriteComplete+22d )
    Code:
Usual causes: Memory, Paging file corruption, File system, Hard drive, Cabling, Virus infection, Improperly seated cards, BIOS, Bad motherboard, Missing Service Pack
This bugcheck indicates that a page of kernel data was not found in a page file, and therefore could not be read into memory. The Windows Memory Manager was unable to access the storage stack to read the data stored in the page file.

    Code:
    ERROR_CODE: (NTSTATUS) 0xc000009d - STATUS_DEVICE_NOT_CONNECTED

DISK_HARDWARE_ERROR: There was error with disk hardware
Run some hard-drive diagnostics and follow these steps:

Find your hard-drive manufacturer and run their tests.

    Additional Tests:

Post a screenshot of Crystal Disk Info summary:

If you have an SSD, make sure the following are up to date:
    • SSD firmware
    • BIOS Version
    • Chipset Drivers
    • Hard disk controller drivers/SATA drivers
    • If you have a Marvell IDE ATA/ATAPI device, make sure the drivers are up to date from the Intel site or Marvell site and not from your motherboard/vendor support site.
Check for any file system errors and bad sectors using Option #2 of:

Use this command with Disk Check:

    Code:
    chkdsk C: /f /r
