    Hi,

There is a lot of info needed that is missing from your logs, please follow these instructions:

    https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html

       Tip
Ensure you click the "GRAB ALL" button and then wait for each window to appear in turn and then click OK

    Cheers

Hi, thanks for the added info :)

Please uninstall Daemon tools as it is well known for BSOD.

Start > click on Computer > Uninstall or change a program > choose Daemon tools. Reboot.

Once uninstalled please go here and remove the SPTD driver itself with this tool:

    http://www.duplexsecure.com/en/downloads

       Warning
If the uninstall button is grayed out when you run the program you dont need to do anything and can close the window, if it is not click it and allow it to run. DO NOT click the install button as it will install a driver known to cause BSODs onto your system.

Otherwise, go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers, look for and delete SPTD.sys manually. Reboot.

    From your logs:

    Code:

    *******************************************************************************
    *                                                                             *

    KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (1e)
This is probably USB related, unplug all USB's except Keyboard and Mouse, reboot, does issue remain?
If so Please follow this tutorial:

    https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/165554-usb-driver-general-fix-problems.html

Also ensure to update all wireless/networking devices:

    http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P8Z77V_LX/#support_Download_30

Check to see if all Windows Updates are installed?

Are you overclocking? Any overclocking will result in a decrease in system stability,
Please return to default settings if so:

    Code:
    0: kd> !sysinfo cpuspeed
    CPUID: "Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770K CPU @ 3.50GHz"
    MaxSpeed: 3500
    CurrentSpeed: 3510

Run SFC to check the integrity of all Windows 7 system files:
    • Click on Start > Type in search cmd
Right-click cmd after results are displayed and Run as Administrator
Type SFC /scannow at the prompt
(Note: There is a space between SFC and /scannow)
    SFC Tutorial

       Note
Select option two. If any problems are found, run the scan 3 times and immediately
reboot the computer after each scan.

    cheers

    STOP 0x000000FE: BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER
    Usual causes: USB device driver

If you are using any USB devices, then remove these from the USB ports (leave keyboard and mouse), and then update all the devices with the latest drivers, including the mouse and keyboard if applicable.
    Does your issue still remain?
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Free up the startup:

    Click on the Start button
Type msconfig, click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
    Select the “Startup” tab.
Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
    Apply > OK
    Accept then restart.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is overclocking software and can lead to system instability and BSOD's.
Please reset all components to their stock speeds and then remove the software.

    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\ASUS Public:Start Menu\Programs\ASUS Public
Start Menu\Programs\ASUS\AI Suite II Public:Start Menu\Programs\ASUS\AI Suite II Public

    Also remove:
    All CheatEngine software
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    USB issues:

Go to Control Panel>select icon view>and click on the "Device Manager" button.
In the Device Manager window, find the item/items labeled "Universal Serial Bus controllers."
Open it, and double-click the first item called "USB Root Hub."
In the USB Root Hub Properties dialog, click on the "Power Management" tab.
"Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" is checked by default. Uncheck this box, and click "OK."
Do this for all USB Root Hubs. The drivers should now be automatically reconfigured by Windows upon reboot.

    Turn off USB Suspension:

Also try this update here if none of the above fix your issue:
