Crashes indicate AVG and McAfee being a possible cause. Remove them and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials to see if it provides more stability. Uninstallers (removal tools) for common antivirus software. Plus you shouldn't be using two antivirus software on your system. They sure can cause things like BSOD's. Q: Is it bad to run multiple antivirus programs?
Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes, both recommended from a strict BSOD perspective.
Microsoft Security Essentials, Free antivirus for windows
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Free
InformationDO NOT start the free trial of MalwareBytes. Deselect the option when prompted.
TipMake full scans with both separately.
Start up
Keep less stuff at the start-up. Only anti-virus, this helps avoid driver conflicts and improves time to log in to windows.

Hope this helps for now, good luck.
The test went well
My laptop still shut down. It look like I have new dump files.
One day, I heard my laptop fan going at high speed when the laptop is sleeping. When I open my laptop screen to see what was going on, the screen had nothing. Just a black screen. It shut down after a minute or so.
On 5/29, the laptop took longer than usual to load. It just stick on the black screen for a while. The Dell logo didn't load yet. I sometime have to restart the laptop because it took too long.
Are you sure you have followed all the steps and made all the changes mentioned on my other post?
I get that but why not McAfee? If it wasn't creating a problem you could install it back later on. :)
