BSOD for no obvious reason
I started getting the BSOD earlier this week on the 13th. This is the information from the first one as shown in the Reliability Report
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b (0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff8000314235f, 0xfffff880072b4c90, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 051313-35973-01.
I had no idea what caused it.
Thinking perhaps it was my video drivers or card, I swapped out my ATI card with my Nvidia card because I had been meaning to do that anyway.
I received multiple BSOD after, while trying to uninstall ATI drivers, then while trying to install Nvidia drivers. I downloaded Driver Sweeper and removed all remnants of both drivers, downloaded new Nvidia drivers and have finally been able to successfully get them installed, but I still get BSOD.
I turned on Verifier and when I got the BSOD, it would hang at the crash screen and I don't think it ever created the dump file. I was forced to reboot to get back into windows. I have sinced turned off verifier.
I have tried everything I can think of and have no eartly idea how to read these dump files. So any help will be much appreciated. The BSOD are too frequent to be able to get any work done, plus I never know when it will crash.
Hopefully I have done the upload correctly and you will have everything you need.
thanks,
Nick
