I have asked Cottonball to take a look at your FRST file .

I'm not seeing anything out of the ordinary except for some driver issues .

    :ADDED:

If you could follow the tutorial below and see if you have any dmp files located in

Link Copy & Paste - in Windows Recovery Console

    C:\Windows\Minidumps or D:\Windows\Minidumps

Copy and paste any located file into the flash drive and upload the file here

Look at the post above yours . That link will show you how to copy and paste files you need to back up. Programs will need to be reinstalled if you will do a reinstallation of Windows .

Use the link above to see if you could provide any dump files .

Lets see if we could uninstall Avast .

Press F8 while the PC is booting up . Inside the Advanced Boot Options choose Repair your computer .

On the System Recovery Options menu you will get the following options:
    Startup Repair

    System Restore

    Windows Complete PC Restore

    Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool

    Command Prompt

    Select Command Prompt

    Type in the commands below

    wmic product get name
    Press <ENTER>

       Note
In the middle of the quotation marks input the exact name the list generates for the Avast software .

    product where name="" call uninstall
    Press <ENTER>

    press Y

ie : product where name="Adobe Reader 9" call uninstall
