We can see there are several USB related routines being called, so we are looking at potential USB related problems.

usbfilter.sysbelongs to your AMD USB Filter driver, it is most likely to be part of the AMD chipset, if a separate driver entry is not given on the AMD Support Page. If you can't find a driver from the AMD support page, then check your motherboard support page.

    Code:
    1: kd> lmvm usbfilter
    start end module name

Well I've been looking at the AMD support page that you linked but the only drivers I can find are for graphics and nothing else. The motherboard I have is N-Alvorix-RS880-uATX according to HP.com.

The original chipset drivers are on HP's website for the computer but I have downloaded and installed those and It does not seem to have fixed the problem. Is there a way to uninstall the chipset drivers and then re-install? If you can would this even work?

My Internet connection is not good tonight, here's the AMD Support Page for the motherboard and chipset search page: AMD Support Search.

Okay, let's test the hard-drive throughly for any errors (skip any steps you have completed):

Run some hard-drive diagnostics and follow these steps:

Find your hard-drive manufacturer and run their tests.

    Additional Tests:

Post a screenshot of Crystal Disk Info summary:

If you have an SSD, make sure the following are up to date:
    • SSD firmware
    • BIOS Version
    • Chipset Drivers
    • Hard disk controller drivers/SATA drivers
    • If you have a Marvell IDE ATA/ATAPI device, make sure the drivers are up to date from the Intel site or Marvell site and not from your motherboard/vendor support site.
Check for any file system errors and bad sectors using Option #2 of:

Use this command with Disk Check:

    Code:
    chkdsk C: /f /r
