Hi,
Please reconfigure windows to collect the correct info
You want small memory dumps - "MiniDumps"
https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/174459-dump-files-configure-windows-create-bsod.html
And here are the instructions for posting:
https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html
TipEnsure you click the "GRAB ALL" button and then wait for each window to appear in turn and then click OK
Cheers
Dave
I tried, the diagnostics tool comes up with an error
System.IO.IOException: Could not complete operation on some files and directories
So I loaded the screen shot
There a lot of missing info and I cant read that dump file you posted,
try running the SF Tool again.
Or goto:
C\:windows\minidump
and see if there are anymore files available?
is it just the last dump or do you need a few of them?
