BSOD all the time, error 0x000000f4

So I get bluescreens all the time. It is driving me nuts. I think the bluescreens are all caused by the same problem thought.
When Im surfing the web, playing a game or whatever, sometimes, all my programs just crashes and after 5-10 sec I will get a bluescreen. I have been updating every program I've got. Removed one of my antivirus-program so I only have one left. I've gathered some dumps aswell. I think they are all the same but I will post them all anyways (I have no idea what the information you get in those files really mean.)

If you could help me I would be really thankful. Tell me if you want any more information.

    upload your MSINFO32.nfo file.

    1. Click on the start button
    2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
    3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
    4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
    5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.

It seems you have a SSD. Update the firmware for your SSD and tell us how things go from there :)
