It may be assumed that the video memory is problematic. We have taken the possible tests, now use the onboard graphics. If it is behaving normal, then the decision will be concrete.

Err, I seem to have a problem with that, with the onboard being the one plugged, the screen doesn't turn on at all, being permanently in "power saving mode".

I have requested Britton30 to have a look. He has a deep insight about hardware. Better we follow his advise at first.

Hi LeetZero, I can't find any info on the board in your specs, ASrock H64M-VS, is there more to the model name/number?

When rebooting enter your BIOS setup and look under Hardware or onboard components, or something like that. What we need to check is that the IGPU (Internal Graphics Processing Unit) is enabled, there should be a setting where you can set which GPU to initialize first, IGPU, or PCI, or PCIe, make the IGPU first.

My mistake regarding the board, ASRock H61M-VS.

There's no option regarding IGPU or anything. The only settings I have is to disable/enable PS/2 power and PCI-E power. Nothing about order, or IGPU.

Look on page 41, 42 of your board manual, your CPU had Intel HD2000 graphics built in. It's under North Bridge config.

I attempted to enter North Bridge configuration at the time I tried to look for the config, though, clicking the button didn't do anything :s.
