BSOD while playing, error dxgkrnl.sys+5d000

I have problem with my computer.
After reinstall from Windows xp to Windows 7 I have big problems.
When I playing games, like World of Warcraft I have BSOD after 5-10 minutes.
Many drivers were tested.

My computer specification:
Geforce 9600gt gigabyte
ram 2x1gb 2x 512 god ram
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 3600+
Windows 7 ultimate

Please analyze my dmp logs.
