BSOD -Random - different errors
Hi sevenforums team,
first of all thanks so much for being there, yours is an awesome work!
I´ve been having BSOD problems in my company (just in our Lenovos x220 and x230) recently and I have a dilemma now: would it be better if I cut my veins off or if I jump off the window? I´d appreciate your help on this.
In the meantime, I wanted to post an extraordinary case of an x220 (I saved System Specs) that gives continuolsy different BSOD errors. I´ve tried everything that is possible but user still reports (crash dump files give her the reason) that when listening to music (Spotify) it randomly restarts with a BSOD.
At the beggining it was clearly a video driver issue. That happened before with other x220 laptops in the company (those were solved). But after that, machine keeps crashing for some reason. Lenovo technicians have been here 2 times and motherboard have been replaced already 2 times. Memory checks doesn't show problems at all in every single test I've run with different utilities.
Last crash dump files showed the following:

The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: ntkrpamp.exe .
Google query: ntkrpamp.exe STATUS_SYSTEM_PROCESS_TERMINATED[/spoiler]
After those, I've been trying to reproduce the error with Driver Verifier and BSOD shows up again after restart, this time with a POOL error...
Please see the attached zip file. Thanks in advance, I really appreciate your 24/7 support.
