    I'm blanking on how to convert .dmp files to compatible upload file and it's also saying access is denied whereas it wasn't saying that at the time I last uploaded.

    Any advice on how to do this/threads on how to? I was having trouble finding them.
    Follow the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions. Run the SF Diag tool as admin. Use the Grab all button. And do the rest.

    Did this one work?

    Edit: Since I got that BSOD while uninstalling, it now tells me that I do not have bigfoot networks installed. I can still connect to the internet and the shortcut still appears, but no way to access the program. I have not tried installing the latest version yet.

    First of all .... we suggested you to post following the BSOD posting instructions, but you are uploading a stray crash dump. Why? What's bad in following instructions of the persons who are trying to help you?

    And finally .... your BSOD is caused by Kasperskyas we are seeing from the beginning, which blocks the networking.
    Code:
    *******************************************************************************
    *                                                                             *
    *                        Bugcheck Analysis                                    *
    *                                                                             *
    *******************************************************************************

    Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

    Descriptions here:

    We are seeing the same thing over time. If you keep the crasher present in the system, how can you be free from crashes? Bugchecking can point you out the probable causes only, cannot solve your issue without your active participation.

    Decide what you will do.

    • Either forget the money invested in kaspersky and Uninstall Kaspersky using Kaspersky Removal Tool. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
    • Or close the case. Get the benefit of the invested money. Be with kaspersky. Enjoy the BSODs.

    Let us know your decision.

    Weighing the options, and I apologize for the problems with uploading the .dmp files. The way I was uploading before worked fine (I did it without the SF Diag tool using windbg they had always worked before hand), but next time they appear I shall follow the instructions you posted.

    So considering all that:
    -Would you recommend restoring my system to before I attempted to uninstall Bigfoot? (Which the site stated was needed to update.) It's still installed but facing new issues.
    -Considering the little time left on my subscription I am highly weighing the options of uninstalling Kapersky. Windows Defender is the best, most compatible free option for Windows?

    ATM I suggest you to uninstall Kaspersky only, following the method I told in my previous post, using Kaspersky Removal Tool.

    Windows Defender for windows 7 is just a spyware protector. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
