PC Hanging/Freezing at various loads etc

    Hi guys,

Wondering if any of ye had any suggestions/advice.

I have an old PC that I have run 32bit 7 Professional on with no problems before.

It has since become troublesome. At random times, intervals it hangs/freezes indefinitely. I've left it for ~2 hours and still nothing, so it always needs to be force shut down.

I've checked error logs and there are a persistent stream of Critical events with Kernel Power 41 - system was shut down incorrectly. I'm not sure if this was the root of the problem or if it was because of the forced shut down I did.

In addition, there are a series of minidumps showing errors involving ntktnlpa.exe and associates it back to MagicISO drivers. I have since uninstalled this program but I'm still getting the intermittent hanging/freezing.

I've attached the .zip file as requested in the forum sticky. Apologies for my lack of knowledge but I would really appreciate any help you could give on this.

    Many thanks,

    Jammy

I'm sorry to say that we could not help with counterfeit installs of windows.
