This tutorial USB Selective Suspend - Turn On or Off may help you:

To Disable Selective Suspend:

1. open the control panel
2. go to power options (you may have to set view to small icons)
3. click change plan settings
4. in the window that opens:
5. click change plan settings
6. click change advanced power settings, expand usb and ensure usb selective suspend is disabled.

Also try steps mentioned in USB Driver - General Fix for Problems

Perform a clean boot as well: Start up

Keep less stuff at the start-up. Only anti-virus, this helps avoid driver conflicts and improves time to log in to windows.

I'm uploading updated logs now. Can you let me know if the same driver is still showing up as the problem? I've taken all the steps you've listed, although I can't leave the DJM-900 driver uninstalled because I use it for audio, but I've tried turning off the USB selective suspend, installing the latest version of the driver, and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the default windows/realtek audio driver. A couple months ago before all of this started, the DJM-900 driver was never an issue for anything. Also my startup programs seem to be OK, I went through them and I only have maybe 6 that aren't required by windows(like skype and dropbox which I use frequently) besides some desktop widgets.

I just don't understand what the conflict is that's causing this, but I can't get work done.

Edit: I just had a completely random BSOD while I was just using firefox with no audio/video running.
